The All Stars Talent Show Network is a department of a youth based organization called The All Stars Project. The All Stars Project was created in 1981. They started with there first program called The All Stars Talent Show Network. A 19th year old program for teens of ages 5-25 year old. The purpose of the All Stars Talent Show is to create a stage where young people can successfully present themselves and create their own development that gives them a chances to showcase their talent.
